🔑 Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centred care to clients requiring haemodialysis and/or peritoneal dialysis.

• Manage the care of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).

• Conduct patient assessments, monitoring, and health education.

• Operate and maintain dialysis equipment safely and effectively.

• Collaborate with the wider healthcare team, including Nephrologists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

👩‍⚕️ About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Demonstrated clinical experience and expertise in a Renal/Dialysis setting

• A postgraduate qualification in Renal/Nephrology nursing (highly desirable).
